• Develop detailed 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp.

• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.

• Create accurate and detailed drawings and renderings for presentations and client reviews.

• Ensure all models and renderings meet project specifications and deadlines.
  Make revisions and updates to models and visualizations based on feedback and design changes.

• Maintain organized files and documentation for all projects.

• Stay updated on the latest SketchUp features and industry trends to enhance workflow and outputs.

Job Responsibility

• Manage site operations for villa and high-rise building projects.

• Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with the project specifications, design, and approved drawings.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control.

• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.

• Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, including progress updates and any deviations from the project plan..
